1. Listing Policy

1.1 Eligibility to List
All users must create an account to list animals, services, or items on FarmFinder.
Users are required to provide accurate and complete information about the livestock or services they are listing.

1.2 Listing Fees
Fees for listing livestock, animals, or services will be clearly displayed at the time of listing.
Once the listing is live, listing fees are non-refundable, except under specific conditions outlined in our cancellation policy.

1.3 Prohibited Listings
Users are prohibited from listing illegal animals, counterfeit goods, or services that violate local or international laws.
FarmFinder reserves the right to remove any listings that violate our policies or are deemed inappropriate, without prior notice.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Listing Cancellation by Advertiser
Advertisers may cancel their listings at any time by contacting our customer support team at support@namfinder.com.
Refunds for listing fees will be issued as store credit if the cancellation request is made within 7 days of the listing going live.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 7 days.

2.2 Listing Removal by FarmFinder
FarmFinder reserves the right to remove any listings that violate our policies or are deemed inappropriate. No refunds will be issued for listings removed due to policy violations.

3. Dispute Resolution

3.1 Between Buyers and Sellers
FarmFinder is a platform for connecting buyers and sellers and is not involved in the actual transactions between them.
Any disputes arising from a transaction should be resolved directly between the buyer and seller.
FarmFinder may offer mediation services but is not obligated to resolve disputes.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Accuracy of Information
Users are responsible for ensuring that all information provided in their listings is accurate and up-to-date.
Misleading or false information is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Compliance with Laws
Users must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws when listing livestock or services on FarmFinder.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their listings do not infringe on any third-party rights.

5. Data Privacy and Security

5.1 Data Collection and Usage
We collect personal data such as name, email address, and phone number to facilitate account creation and communication.
We use this data to manage your account, process listings, and improve our services.

5.2 Data Sharing
We do not share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

5.3 Data Security
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access or disclosure.

6. Changes to Policies

6.1 Policy Updates
We may update these policies from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email and SMS.
Your continued use of FarmFinder after any policy updates constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
